Wedding Transport

As soon as you know a date and time for your wedding consider your transportation needs.
Most companies will accept a £50.00 deposit to secure a vehicle at the time and date you require even if the hire is for one or two years in advance, with the remaining money due within 30 days of date of hire.
Unlike most companies Hollywood Limousines will honour the hire being transferred to a different date due to cancellations or postponements as long as we are informed at least four weeks prior to date of hire, but are unable to give refunds. If the cancellation or postponement is within three weeks notice, it is up to the company's discretion as to how they will deal with the cancellation.
At Hollywood Limousines we pride ourselves in ensuring that the limousine will arrive at the time as per agreement.
The limousine will come as standard with bottled water, decanter of pure orange juice & blackcurrant juice, bottled water and complementary chocolates (< unless informed otherwise).
For bridemaids transportation after the service we open a magnum bottle of sparkling bubbly with our complements(subject to age restrictions). If the transportation is for the happy couple we will open a bottle of champagne with our complements.
Approximately two weeks before the wedding date, a representative of Hollywood Limousines will call and make an appointment to come to your home to confirm the details of the hire are correct and for the colour of the ribbon(s) to be confirmed.
If you book the limousine for your hen celebrations, stag celebrations or honeymoon transportation as well as your wedding we can offer an discount off the hire of your pre-wedding celebrations (preplanned events shown on web site are excluded from this offer, as the events has already been discounted).
