IS IT BEST TO GO FOR THE CHEAPEST PRICED LIMOUSINE
The biggest mistake when shopping around for a limousine price, is to shop on price alone. Most consumers would not choose a restaurant on price alone, yet people shop for a limousine this way and expect 5 star service
DOES THE LIMOUSINE CARRY A FIRST AID BOX AND FIRE EXTINGUISHER
Yes we do carry a first aid box and fire extinguisher. The chauffeur also has a mobile phone in case of emergencies
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE LIMOUSINE
Smoking is NOT allowed in the limousine, but the chauffeur will stop whenever possible to allow clients to smoke outside the limousine
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE HIRE
It would depend on what type of hire you have hired, but as standard there will be lead crystal glasses and tumblers, 2 lead crystal decanters filled with soft drinks, bottled water and complementary chocolates and a selection of music. Check your booking form for full details
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU CARRY
Currently as the law stands, we can only carry 8 passengers
WILL THE CHAUFFEUR BE WEARING A SUIT
Yes the chauffeur will be wearing a suit and cap. It would not look professional if the chauffeur turned up in jeans and t-shirt
IF I BREAK A GLASS HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
We do not use cheap glasses, we only use lead crystal glassware. If a champagne flute or tumbler is broken, we charge £10.00 per glass. If a decanter is broken, we charge £25.00 per decanter which must be paid at end of the hire
DO YOU HAVE FEMALE CHAUFFEURS AS WELL AS MALE
We do have a female chauffeur, but this must be requested at time of booking. Although dependant on the type of hire we can deny this request

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK THE LIMOUSINE
The more notice you can give, the better chances the limousine would be available (check out our special's page to see if we are already in your area on the choosen date because then you would receive a discounted price)
CAN I CHANGE THE HIRE DETAILS AFTER I HAVE BOOKED IT
It would depend on whether the limousine has another booking after your hire. Any alternation may incur costs, please ring and ask prior to the hire date, as we will try to fit your requirements in
WHO & HOW DO I PAY
Cheques need be payable to Hollywood Limousines and posted to 106 Reginald Road, Scunthorpe, North Linocolnshire, DN15 8PF. Cash payments must be made in person
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE SOMETHING IN THE LIMOUSINE AFTER MY HIRE
The limousine is briefly checked after each hire, at this stage the chauffeur will put it away for safe keeping unless he is still in your area and can drop it off straight away. Besides that please ring us straight away so we can recheck the limousine and put it away for safe keeping, to enable you to either pick it up or have it posted out to you (costs to be met by hirer). In some instances we may say that we are back in that area on .. and will drop it off for you at no extra cost. Common items left in the limousine are mobiles. If you do leave your mobile in the limousine, try ringing it, as it will alert the driver straight away (thats as long as it is switched on and not on silent)
IF I DECIDE TO TIP THE DRIVER, WHO KEEPS THE MONEY THE DRIVER OR THE COMPANY
Any tips given to the driver is theirs to keep, as it is them who's been your chauffeur for the night
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY IN REGARDS TO ALCOHOL
Complementary alchohol is only given to clients over the age of 18 (you may need to prove your age to the chauffeur on the night),for a £10-00 charge you may also bring your own alcohol as long as it NOT lager, ale or cider (one off corkage fee of £10.00). Any clients in the vehicle under the age of 18, found drinking will have the hire terminated, alcohol removed and parents informed.
