The following pictures was taken on 26/01/08 at 8am from the apartment we stayed at within the California Beach Resort on the Costa la Sol, Spain. The resorts are close to the beaches and towns which is ideal for couples, families or golfers almost exactly halfway between Malaga and Marbella.
Fuengirola is 1 hours stroll along the beach to the centre or by taxi 10 mins (we found taxi prices ranged from €10 to €13). Car hire is an advantage as Gibraltor is just over 1 hours drive, where you can purchase very cheap cigarettes (200 regal for £11.00) and spirits (blue vodka 1 ltr for £6.95.
There is horse riding on site which is from €22 per hour per person and various other activities for children (prices correct as at Feb 08)

The Tenerife resorts are located on the south coast and feature every facility and service you need on holiday. Apart from its perfect year round climate, Tenerife has a world of attractions, from the magnificent volcanic Mount Teide to the exciting resorts of Playa de las Americas or Los Christianos and children will love splashing around at Aquapark or visiting Loro Parque (parrot park) or Tererife Zoo...the list is endless

The UK resorts are all situated in some of the most breathtaking local scenery Britain has to offer, ranging from the highlands of Scotland to the captivating coastline of Cornwall. There are sports for all sorts, from fishing to white water rafting or you could spend the day visiting nearby castles and monuments or simply pampering yourself in the Hotel Spa
